This idiot was driving whilst blatantly using his mobile phone i took a picture. On noticing me take a picture he mounted the pavement just missing me then confronted me demanding to see my phone i refused of course

Driving a car with bald tyres and no MOT Tax and obviously therefore was an offence add to that putting children in the car and you have a worst then worse driver. Tailgating through a 30 zone, too close for comfort. Swerving out trying to overtake when possible but unable to. Managed to and only made it back in lane last second, 50+mph in a 30 zone, thinks he can bully his way through the roads 😂😂
