Here's a still from the video, showing the car turning and you can clearly see the number plate. Driver obviously not paying attention and should have stopped to make sure the cyclist was OK. A selfish, bad driver.

Pulled out infront of cyclists. Should be taken off the roads for at least 5 months

Tried to undertake my car at roundabout even though I was indicating left. Then gave me numerous hand gestures before wheel spinning and overtaking at the second roundabout into the path of oncoming traffic. Moron of the very highest order and should have his licence taken off him.
