Drives in car but claims disability benefits and has told benefits he can't drive any more but does. He also folds in his mirrors when an incoming vehicle is approaching.
I was driving back from Penicuik to Edinburgh and stopped at traffic lights at the IKEA turn, by the big ASDA. This junction has multiple lanes - I was the 1st car in the middle lane and there was nothing in the right only lane outside me. As the lights changed and I started to move a car flew past the outside of me (i.e. the right turn only lane), narrowly missing taking half my side with him, before veering into my lane and speeding off. I blasted the horn and flashed the lights, as you do. He was going well over the speed limit though so I only caught him up at the lights before the bypass. I then had to follow this appalling driver through Edinburgh with him undertaking at almost every opportunity. The driver was a young white male and he had a female passenger (long hair, flowery top). The car was a Honda Hybrid CRZ in blue. I was tempted to report to the police, but given my experience doing this it generally isn't worth the effort.
This car was seen (or, more to the point, heard) being driven erratically by 'boy racer' car enthusiasts, who were causing a nuisance constantly accelerating and decelerating and retracing their route in order to annoy residents.
