I see this pathetic excuse for a driver has already been mentioned on here. I see her every morning doing at least 50 in a 30 and she still hasn't bothered to tax it.

Northumbria Police have already said they will not accept dashcam footage at the moment unless its requested by a police officer as witness material.
Persoonally, I think if the footage is clear, showing the offence and the registration plates without obstruction and is unedited, the it should be able to be sent to the police. In this day and age when force numbers are being cut, surely this helps them.

Have to say my experience is that Highway Maintaince vehicles are among the worst driven on the road.
