Right i'm going to give the real and correct story of how this event occured as i was there and yes i really was, Some of these events did happen but there seems to be a little missing somewhat so let me explain.
The Skoda was actually in front of meon Two Ball Lonnen and he had been using his mobile from the roundabout adjoining Cedar Road en route down Two Ball Lonnen which he eventually turned right at the traffic lights at Fenham Hall Drive
How the Ford ended up behind him was due to me flashing the driver out as the traffic lights were on red at the time and the Ford driver joined the main traffic and ended up behind the Grey Skoda
The traffic lights quickly changed to Green and the Skoda car was going at a snails pace and the Ford driver waited for the Skoda to move on as at this point i was now behind the Ford waiting to turn onto Fenham Hall Drive
It was at that point i could easily see from my marked box that the Skoda driver was using his mobile phone so i tooted and the Ford driver gave a look at me and raised his hands as to say .. I KNOW! sort of agreement
Eventually the Skoda drove on and decided to brake suddenly in front of the Ford and give credit where credit is due the Ford driver was patient and never lost his temper but to be honest i myself was becoming a little irate towards this Skoda driver
I ended up parking outside a general store when i noticed the Skoda driver pulling into the bus stop opposite and i could clearly hear him say out loud. I CANNOT GET OUT AS I AM DISABLED so a few things what a few of these people have already said are true
Like others have said i actually thought they knew each other as there were no aggression or anything like that happening so i went to go to the store i pulled up at

Utter lunatic driving this Skoda, overtaking cars going uphill, tailgating, speeding - was doing 70-80mph on a 50mph limit country road. Only a matter of time before this lad gets killed. Driver didn't look very old so probably typical over confident young driver.

But then i turned to just make sure all was okey and it was as others have stated the Skoda driver decided to record the Ford driver as he was at the side of his car and YES the Ford driver told the other driver that he was also recording him on his dash cam and at this point the Ford guy gave out his reg and read out the Skoda reg and replied if you were not using your mobile then how is it still in your hand and the Ford guy said do what you wish with your recording as you are shooting yourself in the foot as i too have footage of you using your mobile as well as witnesses in his car
It was at that point i had seen a guy in a white BMW who said the guy in the Skoda was an idiot and that he knew him and he was disabled so in all honesty maybe this guy could not get out of his car
Then another guy was at the bus stop and was talking to the Ford driver and i could hear him say he had seen the Skoda driver using his mobile as he was pulling up at the bus stop
That was when the Skoda pulled away and the driver was laughing as he pulled away with his MOBILE still in his hand by the way
I went into the shop and the BMW driver went chasiing after the Ford and i said to myself there may be trouble so i decided not to get served and jumped into my own motor and followed the BMW and he managed to stop the Ford outside Fenham Pool
I observed from behind and i could hear and see what was going on and the BMW driver was actually giving the Ford driver his details and thats when i went back to the store to buy what i was actually going for
Quote!.. I did see and hear the Skoda driver say what he said and i did see him recording the Ford driver and YES i agree as to what i had witnessed that this Skoda driver had led the Ford driver into an entrapment siyuation maybe as others have said as to gain something heaven knows
I really think that the Skoda driver caught sight of the Fords dash cams and thats what led him to suddenly break and lead this guy into the said entrapment and please for those that come on here and have their say. YOU WERE NOT THERE as i took 4 car reg's and had only seen 3 members of the public on that road at the time
I like the others will monitor this website as well as facebook or even Youtube to see what becomes of this and like the rest i would be a witness for the FORD driver if needing be
He did stay calm he did come across as a very responsible driver and i respect him for his view towards this Skoda driver as to him using his mobile phone and i also agree as to what he had stated that its easy to find out from this guys mobile provider as to when he was using his mobile
I am still amazed why the Ford driver did not call the police at the time as to this guys actions unless like myself he is waiting to see if this Skoda driver uploads his footage and then the Ford driver could actually sue the guy and not forgetting the Ford driver has a few witnesses and they will be genuine witnesses as to his own dash cam footage i guess
I really believe we will hear more of this in time and maybe see this guys footage of the Ford driver unless he was clever enough to wipe it from his mobile in case this guy reports him to the police, God knows but it was interesting at the time and i totally had forgotten as to why the hell i was going to the store for!
