I realize you're trying to do the right thing. However, please consider the danger you posed whilst following the car in question. You were WAY too close to the car mate.. practically not thinking distance. You were way too close to the parked cars.. all it takes is a car door to fling open (which happens a lot) or a person (especially a child) to dash out in front.. again, no thinking distance.
Even though you were trying to help, you should put safety first. But well done for caring.
One great think about lockdown: Less of the these pricks. One bad thing: the one's that are about (why?) seem think they can do what they like without consequence..
Saw this car all fogged up in a car park while walking my dog I inspected closer only to see alot of movement and some rather unpleasant noises , avoid at all cost!!!!
