02:06 Poor observation. Went from 7 mph to 33 mph at the time of the pass. Clearly didn't want to slow down, despite the truck pulling out. The truck may have pulled out because your speed was so erratic - just like your attitude.
I realize you're trying to do the right thing. However, please consider the danger you posed whilst following the car in question. You were WAY too close to the car mate.. practically not thinking distance. You were way too close to the parked cars.. all it takes is a car door to fling open (which happens a lot) or a person (especially a child) to dash out in front.. again, no thinking distance.
Even though you were trying to help, you should put safety first. But well done for caring.
