The driver of this vehicle selfishly parked in a disabled parking space in the car park of the Bull Hotel, Peterborough, and did not display a blue badge. He was offensive when challenged about his behaviour and expressed no regret about abusing a disabled parking space.

This guy definitely doesn't deserve the nice car he drives. Tailgates everyone, for no reason, in wet conditions with standing water everywhere. Absolute tool.
