Absolute clown. This young chap is coming out of Bowerham Road to turn on to Barton Road. As i am approaching his junction on Bowerham Road and continuing on this road he decides he can't possibly wait the 1.5 seconds it'd take for me to pass his junction and instead just pulls out right in front of me causing me to slam on the brakes. Impatient idiot.
