I cycle and drive, and drive more than I cycle. The driver of the car is entirely in the wrong here, and he has no right to encroach onto the cycle area like that, and the cyclist has every rogjt to complain (just like you'd beep your horn if someone pulled out in front of you).
Idiot driver should be liable for any damage to the bike. It was a collision, so he should have pulled up and exchanged details if need be.
The driver was wrong to go over the line but it is NOT up to you to Police this.

Yes he had stopped over the line and into the cycle box but it looks like you were trying to cause a reaction, which you got. Many car drivers are dangerous to cyclists but use your brain and look after yourself. Unfortunately cyclist usually come off worse than car drivers so just let it go.
As the driver of an incredibly slow moving vehicle, legal or not, why would you undertake and position yourself directly on front of a fast moving vehicle?

Fantastic Uber driver. Always see him picking up young families and younger ladies from outside McDonalds. The car usually steams up and wobbles about a bit, so you can tell they're having a right good laugh! The colour adds to it's angellic personification, quite superb!
