I was passenger with a newly passed driver in a small car (Clio). We were overtaking on motorway at 68mph when van decides that's not fast enough and gets to within a couple of meters of our rear bumper. Picture shows it pulled back slightly after I made it obvious I was taking a pic. New driver handled it well though. Van overtook once we'd moved back into the left lane and proceeded to do the same to someone else.
