This driver doesn't know what wing mirrors are for, she cut me up at the junction of the A610 and Nuttall Road in Nottingham and nearly removed my front bumper.
She was in the lane next to me and she decided to pull into the lane I was occupying, had I not breaked, then she would have hit my car.

Driver is incompetent, speeding, littering and smoking in car, also can’t follow a turn left arrow to save his life.
