Rubbish driver. Nearly hit a pedestrian that was on the pavement, whilst he was trying to park. Too busy talking to his passenger and not concentrating.

Normally when you see someone waiting to turn right into a junction you are turning into, you let them out. It makes it easy for you to turn.
