Clearly an impatient and aggressive driver who needs a warning minimum if not a short ban
It's about time the police gave out a positive message that all recorded incidents of careless or dangerous drivers will be fined or prosecuted. There is no excuse. All the authorities want to cut road deaths and reduce accidents but nobody wants to take action when there's evidence.
