I agree with the lack of evidence and just a photo of a car without any real information to back up the story is not enough to judge someone. I could easily take a picture of a random car, add a story about how the driver verbally abused my nan in her wheelchair when she was trying to cross the road and nearly hit her as he drove over the zebra crossing before she got to the other side, half of you would go crazy, affording me the attention I craved and half would think, hmmmm, is this bullcrap? and the latter half would be right

Ban the fool for 12 months - you can't use a car to scare / intimidate / bully people.

This driver went down the wrong lane to cut in front of all the queuing traffic, then tried to undertake me while I was indicating to move left, then he overtook me and slowed down to take a picture of me on his phone using both hands, he then cut up another car in front.
Appalling driving in his marked company car!

Details/story from Facebook
"I had to take my little man to A&E today, a very scary time. Despite wanting to get inside ASAP I queued for a space like everyone else, and a kind lady told me she was going.
She pulled out the space, and as I went to reverse in a lady raced into the space. I got out the car and explained I had waited for the space. I started to cry and explained I had a sick child in the car that I needed to get to a&e. She knew she had pushed in and just said she had waited long enough herself and got back in the car. Her partner then got out and into my face just said no I can't let you have this space. By now I was nearly hysterical and a passer by said he saw what had happened and could no believe it. So much for the season of good will.
Neither appeared in dire need of medical attention. So I just abandoned my car across theirs and shouted that I would be in A&E should I have to move it and as they watched me carry my son across the car park sobbing into A&E at no point did they even offer to give me the space they knew they clearly underhandedly taken.
Once my son had been booked in and seen the triage nurse Etc I returned to the car and parked over the other side of the town. It was tempting to want to damage her car but I'm not that kind of person. So instead... In this season of good will, incase you know the owner of this car... You can let her know that the little boy she hindered getting to A&E was cleared of meningitis tonight, because you never know she might at some point have an attack of conscience."

They need naming and shaming

Looks like one of those benefit chavs - 19yrs old with 5 kids by 7 different dads.

No good fining it, no good banning it, no good taking the car off it - she'll just lie back for the next chav to get her a replacement .

Of course I could be totally wrong and stereotyping.....in your dreams.

I don't believe this story as it is too long and as comments below suggest: hospital car parks need pay and display tickets, if the photographed car was blocked in by the lady (and she was there most of the day with an ill child) then the driver that was blocked in would have been waiting at the car to be able to get out; no one leaves their car for too long in a hospital carpark as they know they will get a ticket of at least £50.
Also, there is no photo or decription of the man when he was at the pay and display machine, or story of what happened when this woman queued behind them to pay for the pay and display ticket - if she did not display a ticket, and spent hours in A&E as she alleges, then she would have had a ticket in her windscreen. We all know that's a fact.
To summise, in my humble opinion, this story has an alterier motive and same desired result, the car driver obviously really upset the person who posted the story but I do not buy into the 'hospital car park' 'desperately ill child' 'no need for pay and display' or 'no picture of car driver sitting in car when she returned to their blocked in car hours later' as we would all have been there to ensure we 1. Didn't get a ticket, 2. Could remove the car when released. 3. All hospital car parks charge for parking but no pay and display ticket alluded to or shown.
4. People on the Facebook page don't know the name of the child and mention 2 different names highlighting they are not really friends if the woman. 5. No one if the same family name adds any comments. 6. It has been posted twice on this website so shows a really really scorned woman is probably upset with her ex. 7. No evidence at all but a huge emotional diatribe with lots of emotive language and the only thing missing was a reference to puppies or cancer.

Enough said - you decide.
