Horses should only be on the roads when in a horse box or a Findus lasagne. They are the ultimate off road vehicle. Thats where they belong until they're a glue stick.
I have been tailgates by this car several times on the A61. The driver seems to have severe anger issues. Maybe he has the weight of the world on his shoulders but he needs to not take it out on innocent parties
