All you need to do in the event of an accident is exchange reg numbers and insurance companies. Thats it. no phone numbers or anything. if you have a camera on your head recording the whole incident ask the other person if they are ok, if they say yes then that settles it. If its a very minor thing like this and you both agree to settle without getting insurance involved try to do it there and then and get a signed reciept. Never apologise as it implies responsibility.

typical rip off piss head, probs he lost his job and needs dosh to send to his 100 kids at home wherever the fuck that is, mate you need to show a solicitor this video and get this bastard nicked as trying to claim fraud, who the fuck is the baldy guy maybe he was with this driver and probally doing a snide DIY job for him or something as you never know, but mate take this advice try and not to go between motors it really pisses drivers off, no matter what idiot comes on here and says different coz probs they are also a cyclist, its in the highway code to que in traffic like everyone else and not squeeze your way through traffic and if it dont say that then it should lol
