This is becoming increasingly common and happened to me forcing me to hit the kerb and sustain damage to my wheel & gearbox. This is why automated cars are coming because some people don't know what the lines are for. Salad.
There are occasional accidents at that slip road exit onto the A58(M), the slip road splits into two and some drivers take the left lane at speed to join the carriageway further along. I've even been overtaken on the emergency hatchings of the left lane before, very close to a nasty accident. The carriageway is a 30 limit right now due to roadworks but you commonly see people doing nearly double that, with some people doing that along the slip road to get ON to the carriageway in the first place.
Very dangerous woman in a Silver Honda
On the A40, speeding, undertaking, nearly took my front end off, tailgating vehicles in front of her, then swerves across three lanes, and instead of pulling in front of a slower moving 7.5 ton lorry when there was plenty of room before the off slip, pulls in behind it and tailgates again.
No idea of how to drive, determined to find somewhere to have an accident.
I know the road well. First short straight where the silver golf/polo went is OK for an overtake as decent visibility, maybe 2 cars if you're quick enough. Tailgating in a 12 yr old disco with a trailer isnt a move I'd consider.
Second bend where he fails to see the bikes is just inexcusable - he fails to pull in to let the oncoming car through initially, but with his height should be able to see over the 2nd car to be overtaken, gets onto wrong side where he should see 3 visible bikes, but decides he's going anyway...?
Only slight criticism of the 2 overtaken cars is that you could (not should!) have perhaps accepted the Disco driver is a twat and to save an innocent victim/crash then react to his awful driving by slowing/moving across to let him through - the Astra in front could have moved over at least. Or defended your roadspace if you'd seen him coming, but I doubt that would have made any difference to the tosspot. That's an ideal/drivers manual type world so on a drive back from the seaside it's asking a great deal!
Hope his dinghy capsizes next time
I made eye contact with this neaderthal at a red light and found myself double taking to check I hadn't woke up in rise of the planet of the apes he returned his eyes to the road and began revving his puny engine with sounds that can only be compared to the crazy frog it appeared I had earned myself a childish race from the lights.
I left him sitting at the lights as I believe he stalled his car either that or he couldn't figure out which pedal was which they do say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink. You can put a chimp in a car but it doesn't mean he can drive
I look forward to the next time I bump into him as while I was looking out my window into his eyes it took me back to my childhood of going to the zoo and looking at the monkeys through the glass
