Saw this guy trying to run a focus off the road this morning. What a total idiot. The focus was in front ready to merge lanes and this guy accelerated along side forcing the other driver to slam his brakes on to not hit a parked car. The focus driver did get out a bit later and the idiot driver was calling him some extremely unpleasant names,

Seen this in Hereford area please avoid as very dangerous driver, looks if recently passed and doesn't know what a speed limit is or even the central reservation on a corner either an awful driver or equipt with bicycle wheels or both....actually definitely both

Cyclist should have made allowances for the learner or anyone else for that matter. It was obvious what they were going to do. Ride defensively not aggressively! 2 wrongs don't make a right!
