It's only 6 days into the new years and those fog lights don't ever since to turn off morning or evening. Could somebody else report this as the road rules are clear.

Driver is an inconsiderate knob head, lets hope you never need a disabled space only to find someone park in it right in front of you.

The driver of this car is a menace and a nuisance, all over the place, stalled it twice at the lights and had the window wipers on and it wasn't even raining!!
