Absolute bell end. Flew around the main Exeter M5 roundabout so fast he almost lost it. Cared nothing for any other driver as he shot from lane to lane narrowly missing at least 3 other vehicles. Needs to be sorted.

A vehicle with this number plate is currently in the Wallington, Surrey area driven by a youth who has deliberately mis-tuned the car so it backfires regularly. I doubt this vehicle has a legally issued MOT certificate. The driver speeds around recklessly making as much noise as possible and needs to be stopped before he kills someone.

If this pensioner belongs to anyone, do yourself a favour and take them off the road. Dual carriageway, pulled straight out in front of an hgv with inches to spare then stopped because they realised they had got into the wrong lane. Literally inches from an early funeral.

This guy gonna kill his mates one day! Mini bus full of people and he pulls out onto a dual carriageway right in front of an hgv. Barely inches from wiping the whole thing out completely. Eventually he learns to accelerate and disappears doing 80 plus. Pure knob.
