Driver doesn’t know Highway Code. Purposely cutting across Lane’s in front of vehicle to intimidate. Drove 17 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. I attempted to over take but they sped up to 40mph so I stayed back. They Went on to break check me so I flashed them. They pulled over so I went around. Then continued to drive very close to the back of my vehicle. Followed me around a roundabout 6 times. Went to call the police as they were harassing and intimidating myself. They pulled up next to me. Spat at my car threw items at my car and called me “slag” and “whore” asked me to pull over so they could “show me” on a dual carriageway. I continued to a roundabout where police took over and blocked a lane whilst they tried to escape. Police dealt with from then on.
To bare in mind. Car was not in a good condition, mirrors were cracked so had it done recently, driver doesn’t know how to read speed limit signs and also has no common sense or road awareness.

At approximately 8pm I was driving on the A6 past Barton Grange Garden Centre towards Preston which entered a 30 zone but this typical speeder in his Jaguar sped up behind me, tailgated then overtook doing about 40 and across a continuous white line on the left of the centre of the road, so self-importance and the law not applying to him.
