Guy is in his 40’s driving like he’s 17 and just passed. Happy to cut you off but if you do it back he gets out and blocks the entire road to tell you off. He didn’t see my dash cam……

Failure to stop after an accident: driver of this van was overtaking me and hit the front corner of my truck by returning to lane 1 too early, damage caused and driver failed to stop at scene of the accident.
