This dangerous driver was moving at 44mph towards this mini-roundabout. Each white line is 4 meters long with a 2 meter gap. She travelled 10 meters in 15 frames of 30fps video. This gives a speed of 20 meters per second or 44.7mph in a 30 limit. They came within a few inches of a collision with the Mercedes and probably would not have been able to give way on the roundabout.

Piss poor modified VW, speeding and overtaking dangerously, all that to still end up behind them.
Also cut through between two cars (Middle & Right lane) and speeds off, easily 45-50+ in a 40.

This incident was reported to the Police, according to them it not meet the threshold test for prosecution or because there are evidential issues.
