I was doing 31 mph in a 30 mph zone, and this clever clogs decided to overtake me,
they then got caught behind a car and a lorry and proceeded to swerve into the other side of the road trying to overtake them both.
Saw this on Facebook and wondered if the registration was legitimate as it was said that the driver could not be found. Using Halfords spare parts online database, I found that the first letter of the registration must be V. YK54 CHL doesn't exist but VK54 CHL does and belongs to a VW Golf GTI diesel registered in Worcester or thereabouts.
