I've met this idiot too. He seems to enjoy bullying women and I suspect he's trying to create an accident so he can claim for repairs and injuries. I was so shaken I couldn't drive for days after he tailgated me, under taking and cutting me up with my daughter in her car seat and nephew in the car too. you're right, he'll kill someone one day.
