Thinks he is in a submarine. Idiot fitted snorkeling kit & still managed to get stuck. His driving is seriously hazardous. He swears at you for driving behind him???? Yes I know, weird. He deliberately waits for you to pass him, then will swear at you verbally and by using hand gestures. He needs locking up! Police are aware.

This vehicle parks on the pavement on a small estate preventing residents from using it. There is no room for people on foot, in wheelchairs or with strollers. Needless to say the driver is there for 30 mins every morning waiting until her daughter has to go to the private school in the next road.
