Just seen this driver in a red Honda reverse into a parked Mercedes Estate on Summerfield Avenue in Queens Park. I was standing at the side of the road paying for parking. They were going to drive off but after they saw my disbelief they got out to briefly inspect the damage before quickly driving off.

What an idiot! Just drove past me in the puddles & despite me moving away from the path absolutely soaked my legs & dog! Suspect he may have been going too fast to be able to do anything about it on the bend but it was in a village & he should be more vigilant!

Thinks he's above the law and doesn't need to queue at a round about and the cuts me up. Then indicates to go left at the first junction at a round about and goes straight on. How do people get driving licenses?
