I know the roads are quiet due to coranavirus, but hitting the top of the rev range in 3rd gear over the brow of a blind hill in a 30 mph limit is just plain stupid, slow down you muppet.

Should not be on the road, almost like she was trying to cause an accident. Driving 15 mph under the limit, breaking for cars on the other side of the road, random emergency stops, came to a dead stop on a roundabout. Something wrong with her aye. Watch out.
