It was 19th July. They nipped into the chemist and left their dog in the car.. 30° heat. Windows slightly down. No water. Dog was barking and panting. Idiot.
Idiot overtook on double white lines and un-seatbelted kid leant out the window and threw a bottle at a cyclist. Caught on camera and reported to the police.
Speeding through car park doing donuts then gets battered by old granny then he decides to get back in the car then rev his engine until it misfires then goes bang (scares lots of people)
This person is very lucky to not have caused a death or at least I believe he hasn't. Nearly caused an accident due to ruthless driving.
