Speed, lack of view and traffic calming are good reasons to slow down, right? Cam car doesn't appear to do that until the very last moment. Perhaps a change of road design is required, as this section seems to be inviting accidents..

I suspect his brakes might have failed. Brake lights were on, but he didn't look to be slowing down.
