Ok, the bike rider acted up a bit when the car got too close to him but he did back off and do nothing else after they spoke at the lights and the cager tried to get out and hurt him. Also he did not respond to the threats to kill badly or aggressively. He called him a muppet. That's why the cager when ballistic because he didn't scare the biker with his first attempts.
