Wouldn't be surprised if this vehicle was a) involved in an accident, and b) Parked on the pavement to avoid a fine. Wonder if there were any notices in the window? Whatever the case and on a lighter note, I personally think it's an ugly bastard of a car.. the Brits sure do stand for some shite..

Also... at the traffic lights why was the copper not keeping left, or if turning right indicating - guilty either way?
Its hard to respect those that don't even demonstrate reasonable or even law abiding standards, whould said officer have passed his driving test if driving like that?

So does this set a precedent, whereby the Police make a formal request for the driver details, and we have the right to ignore such a request?

Imagine being caught speeding by a camera, and disregarding the formal notice issued by the local Constabulary. You might get fined for not supplying the requested information, but you'd then escape the points on your license.

Maybe the CPS should look in to this issue before it becomes commonplace to use this method to escape the penalty associated with breaking the law.

Not surprised by this. So many idiots from this country and overseas. Many come here with poor background checks including their eligibility to drive..they can so easily get risky paperwork and then be on our roads, it's quite scary. And when you look at the way they drive 'on their own turf, for want of a better word, it makes you realise why they do it. To them it's their rules, not ours, not the Highway Code. I really wish these selfish prats weren't in this country to begin with.. regardless of whether or not they were born in it. Right on for reporting it.

I actually think the driver filming this caused the woman unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I don't think the woman was being stupid at all. I think it was the other way round. It makes the person filming look like they are out for trouble.. I just don't see the point of it especially the way the camera car stops and refuses to move forward, despite there being plenty of space to pass. Seriously, this is just a waste of time man. Move forwards with your life and don't appear to be that bad guy out for a fight yeah?

I have to disagree with this. As mentioned, the driver cleared the calming measure (chicane) in good time, and you could see them from a afar so you had plenty of time to pull-in. This to me isn't even worth uploading. All the best.

Any progress on the case? Has the driver wanted in connection with this incident come forward? Someone must know who they are.. do the right thing. It could be you or a member of your family they ran over. There is no excuse for what they did. They have to come forward.

Thats just normal city driving. Genuinely nothing wrong with this, you're annoyed because he did it to you.
